Kerrie Canning is a highly respected human resources and organisational development professional with more than 30 years of experience partnering with leaders and organisations to build high-performing cultures, strengthen leadership capability and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Kerrie is known for her engaging and practical approach to leadership development. She designs and facilitates impactful executive programs that challenge thinking, encourage honest conversations and translate insight into action. Drawing on extensive experience in behavioural profiling, organisational psychology and adult learning methodologies, she creates highly interactive learning experiences that combine facilitated discussions, simulations, case studies, peer learning and coaching.
As Director of People & Culture Asia Pacific for Blackwell Publishing, Kerrie led a significant cultural transformation across Australia, Japan and China, successfully shifting organisational behaviours from defensive to constructive and creating a stronger, more engaged and high-performing culture. The program was recognised with Human Synergistics' Annual Cultural Transformation Award.
In addition to her corporate leadership experience, Kerrie successfully built and led a national HR consultancy over a fifteen-year period, supporting hundreds of organisations and leaders across a broad range of industries. This experience provides her with a deep understanding of the challenges facing modern businesses and the practical leadership capabilities required to navigate change, growth and complexity.

When she's not working with clients, you'll find Kerrie on a golf course somewhere around the world, cheering on her horses at the racetrack or enjoying the beautiful surrounds and wines of the Mornington Peninsula with her husband, Rob.
